April Sechseläuten in Zürich
On Monday the 16th April The Prime Warden Mrs. Olivia Elton Barratt and Past Prime Warden Norman Woolley, accompanied by their respective spouses, attended the Sechseläuten Festival of the Zürich Guilds in what turned out to be glorious weather befitting such an occasion.

They both marched in the parade and enjoyed the usual remarkable Swiss hospitality which included a splendid dinner on the preceding Sunday evening hosted by the Zunftmeister of the Letzi Guild, Herr Hannes Ziegler, in the private dining room of their Guild House, The Turm.

It was in these convivial surroundings that the Prime Warden presented several baskets in recognition of the generosity always offered by our Swiss friends when we have the privilege to be hosted by them in Zürich.
