Installation and Lunch - Annual Church Service at St. Margaret Pattens followed by lunch at Bakers' Hall and the Installation of our new Prime Warden, Lady Lauriston.

Court Meeting - to be held via zoom

Consorts' Basketmaking Day - an invitation to the Consorts from all the Livery Companies to experience Basketmaking

November 2023

The Lord Mayor's Show  - Walk with us as we escort willow giants Gog and Magog through the City, in the world's largest unrehearsed parade!

Stewards' Club Dinner - An evening at the RAF Club for Stewards past and present and their partners. 

Family Basketmaking Day - A fun day with friends and family making Christmas decorations of rush and willow - unique festive gifts!

Red Cross Christmas Market - Monday, 27th and Tuesday, 28th November at Guildhall. Visit our Basketmakers' stall in support of the British Red Cross.

Charitable Trust Meeting

Annual Carol Service and Supper -  Carol Service at our Guild Church of St. Margaret Pattens followed by a festive supper among friends at Watermen's Hall

January 2024

Committee Meetings - Wednesday, 10th and Thursday 11th

Court Meeting and Livery Dinner - As our first event of the New Year, we will be celebrating our Prime Warden's Scots heritage by raising a glass at our Scottish-themed Livery Dinner at Butchers' Hall. Black Tie with a touch of tartan - and a few surprises in store!

Basketry Showcase 2024 - The Dutch Church, Austin Friars. We will be celebrating and demonstrating the best of basketry, with talented growers and makers from across the country, and lots of fabulous pieces for sale!

Consorts' Basketmaking Day, Dutch Church: Making a bread basket with John Page and Eleanor Morgan 

East of England Lunch - A convivial lunch at the elegant Hintlesham Hall, an ideal base for exploring the tranquil Suffolk countryside.

Court Meeting and Dinner, Armourers' Hall: This year our Court Dinner is open to all Basketmakers - an opportunity to dine in the magnificent Armourers' Hall

The Clergy Support Trust Festival - St Paul's Cathedral

The Prime Warden's Weekend - Among Friends in Aberdeenshire: Thursday 16th -  Sunday 19th May. The Prime Warden will be welcoming us to Aberdeenshire and Angus - Scotland's Castle Country. We will be making private visits to castles, sampling local produce, including award-winning spirits, and exploring this beautiful part of the world from our base in the foothills of the Angus Glens.
